Abhijeet Sawant is one of victims, who was allegedly by builder Sunil Bagaria. Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant was supposed to bought a flat at Ramkrishna Building at Vile Parle’s Happy Home Complex.

The deal was done at 70 Lakh. Abhijeet handed over Rs 35 Lakh to the builder in advance. But he found it as fraud deal when he along with family to the flat for grihapravesh. There was another family who was also claiming that they bought the same flat.

Like this, Bagaria has alleaged many other people. Finally he get arrested by the Vile Parle police following a complaint by another victim. The builder is currently out on bail. However, Abhijeet has get some relief as Bagaria has returned Rs 10 lakh to him and for the rest of money he will pay the Idol Rs 1 lakh every month for 25 months.
