Abhijeet Sawant to try hand in comedy

After the Great Indian Laughter Challenge, channel Star One is coming up with a new comedy show Laughter Ke Phatke. If you are exhausted by watching every TV artist performing comedy, get ready to find comedians in singers this time. According to sources, Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant and Voice Of India singer Abhas will be playing comedian on the show. Other than them, the show comprises number of TV actors and comedians like Swapnil Joshi, Ali Asghar, VIP, Negar Khan, Karishma Tanna, Shweta Gulati, Rajiv Nigam, Mansi Parekh, Gurmeet Afsha, Sunil Sawra, Kunal Kumar, Barkha Bisht, Nasir, Kuldeep Dube, Rakhi Vijayan, Vinod Kumar, and Rashmi Desai. It is also introducing twins Elina and Sana as Hansi & Khushi.

Jennifer Winget and funster Sudesh Lahiri will host the show, while celebrity judges will judge it. It will be aired on the channel Monday to Friday at 10pm, starting from December 15.
